Fast processing in the drive-in. Food was really good hot!

Hi there, We've been getting something from the mcdonald for a while now. So I have to say this mcdonalds has really deteriorated. The fries were sloppy and almost unsalted. At the Mcrib and mc chicken classic the bun was really old and hard. At the filet o fish, the fish was really hard and tasted old. The only thing you could eat were the chicken nuggets. I am really disappointed and I think it's absolutely cheeky to give your customers something to eat !! This is also how you can hide your customers. As soon as we feel like doing something like that again, we will go to burgerking!

The drive-in is good in these difficult times. If you go to the fast food restaurant yourself, you only understand the walking routes after taking a closer look, otherwise as always

It's a shame 😑😑😑 with drive-in orders half of the goods are missing 😔😔😔 on the phone I would be told that they have no time for something like that to explain because it is 8:55 pm and in 5 minutes he has an evening off !! It's a shame on my € 5 tip and € 45 bill I am completely offended!

The worst McDonalds far and wide! So far, something was missing or wrong with every order! Hot food is a rarity there! In the near future I prefer to continue to Nuremberg or Neustadt!

Horrible! The WHOLE parking lot full of garbage, during Corona times keeping the parking lot clean and emptying garbage cans shouldn't be a big act. The food is always cold. No matter what, it's just always cold ... Unfortunately, the only Mcdoof far and wide nearby ... We don't pick up anything there

During the Corona period it is already very weak to only allow one coupon per order for Drive in orders. When they wanted to place a second order, they said it would take too long. Furthermore, a citizen was not accepted in the additional order. Bad service, rather sluggish Mc Drive employee, so rather to other houses or just BK.

Fast check-in clean environment.

"The boss does not accept multiple vouchers at McDrive, you can redeem additional vouchers" Juice shop association. Your head capo should rethink leadership positions.

Overcrowded by the outlets. Toilet to fear. Food ready quickly.

It's just maces. Not particularly bad and not excellent but tastes good, prices are right, nice service

I was really happy that you can now order and pay directly at MC Donalds using the app. In times of Corona mega ... Then I drove to the drive in with my order code and wanted to pick up the order. The lady at the counter said that you can pick up today's order tomorrow. Me: OK, so I can't pick up my order from today until tomorrow?!?! You: Do you understand me? I speak German, don't I? Me: ... (speechless) After this experience I cannot believe two things. 1. How a global company (if that's really the case) brings such a bad concept to market. I don't often eat at MC Donalds and when I do, I eat spontaneously because you feel like it. But to order fast food for tomorrow today 🤷🏻‍♂️ 2. How someone can get a service job who speaks to their guests like this ...

After the new layout, there is only single order point except for the touch screen machines. The touch screen machines were not working and people are lining up on single point. Obvious bottleneck, please make sure everything working properly before you push people into a single service point. Had to leave store after spending the time.

Every time I'm there I get half-full fries that's a cheek!

Fast service and the food was decent. The self service was not clear if take away was the only option, eventually we had to figure it out. And it would be nice if maybe the signs would be also in English as well.

I have rarely seen such a dirty McDonalds. We were there in the late afternoon and it really wasn't busy, but it looked like a pig. We struggled to find a reasonably clean place. It doesn't taste so good anymore ..... It should be worked on urgently. Hygiene should come first.

Let's say ok not considering that every time i ordered take away they forgot to add napkins or mayo or the fries. My wife sais it is a lottery...that you have to guess the missing item.

Fast and great service. Husband had chicken wings that are so good. We are tourists from USA and sometimes, there is no food like McDs after eating lots of traditional bratwursts.

I understand the fast food is very busy, but the day I was there the restaurant was very dirty.

Food was fine. Typical McD’s. But the staff was EXCESSIVELY RUDE. I get you hate your job, but you can hate your job with a smile. Staff didn’t care to explain anything, just short answers with a very rude demeanor. They definitely speak English just like to pretend they can’t understand you.
